Brian Volčko
Brian is a certified Level I trainer with experience in strength and conditioning training, as well as training focused on hypertrophy — muscle growth and fat reduction. He’ll also be happy to help you create a nutrition plan and advise you on selecting dietary supplements.
He has been involved in fitness for over 10 years and has been working as a personal trainer for the past three years. Over these years of training, he has gained experience working with people of all age groups. He continuously expands his knowledge through education and by completing courses, such as the year-long professional training program “Good Trainer Project.”
