Physio emergency

In the case of a sudden worsening of condition (acute condition), restricted movement due to muscle tension, joint blockages, or other pain, you can use quick physiotherapy intervention to alleviate and treat acute pain.

Functional Diagnosis of the Musculoskeletal System + Therapy (60 min.)

Diagnosing pain and dysfunction in the body’s musculoskeletal system is an important first step in determining the appropriate course of physiotherapy. Based on a conversation (medical history) and a functional examination of the musculoskeletal system, a “working diagnosis” for physiotherapy can be established. For the first session, it is recommended to bring any medical reports if you have already been examined by a specialist.

Manual Techniques (30 min. / 60 min.)

Manual techniques, or techniques performed by the physiotherapist’s hands, include: soft techniques, mobilization techniques, and relaxation techniques to relieve pain, muscle stiffness, and joint restrictions.

Soft techniques are specific techniques performed by the physiotherapist’s hands to relax soft tissue layers (skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscles).

Individual Exercises (30 min. / 60 min.)

Individual exercises are suitable for patients/clients who need personalized attention from the physiotherapist. This approach involves tailoring the procedure and selecting exercises according to the patient’s/client’s current needs.

Comprehensive Physiotherapy (90 min.)

This service combines manual therapy to release tense areas, followed by exercises for weakened muscles, which provides the most effective way to restore proper movement function.

Women’s Physiotherapy (30 min. / 60 min.)

Suitable for women during pregnancy or after childbirth. Based on the current condition, the physiotherapist will determine appropriate exercises during pregnancy or after childbirth to maintain and support the health of the trunk and pelvis, as well as manual techniques and massages to relax and relieve tight muscles.

Scar Treatment (30 min. / 60 min. as part of manual therapy)

A scar is an imperfect tissue that forms during the healing of soft tissues. A scar contains fibers that, over time, may cause tension in the surrounding structures depending on its size and depth.

Early and regular treatment allows for improved mobility of the soft tissues and better sensitivity in the affected area.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (60 min. / 90 min.)

Lymphatic drainage is a method of releasing and unblocking lymph nodes and pathways, which plays a significant role in certain diagnoses and conditions. Lymphatic swelling increases tension in soft tissues, raises sensitivity to pain, and worsens mobility.

Manual lymphatic drainage, with its specific techniques, accelerates the drainage process—allowing lymph to flow through the vessels and nodes—and reduces swelling.

Kinesiotaping

As a supplement to physiotherapy, kinesiology tape is applied to the affected area as needed. It supports movement and corrects it through touch stimulation of the skin, reducing pain and enhancing stability.

Application is available during exercises or manual therapy for an additional fee.

Group Exercises (55 min.)

Group exercises are varied based on the requests of clients/patients.

The group capacity is limited.

Even during group sessions, the physiotherapist leading the class will correct and adjust exercise execution details for each participant.

Healthy Back & Neck (55 min.) - Coming Soon

A group exercise suitable for painful spinal conditions, from the neck to the pelvis. The workout includes training for proper body warm-up, strengthening primarily the CORE (trunk), and mobilizing the spine and surrounding joints. The session concludes with stretching exercises and relaxation.
Suitable as compensation for sedentary work.

Minimum: 4 people, Maximum: 7 people

Cardio Physio (55 min.) - Coming Soon

A group exercise designed to support the function of the cardiovascular system. The workout includes proper body warm-up, gradual endurance and strength training, and concludes with relaxation exercises and stretching. During the session, current blood pressure and heart rate are taken into account.
Suitable for “cardiacs” after consultation with a cardiologist.

Minimum: 3 people, Maximum: 5 people

Exercises for Women (55 min.) - Coming Soon

Physio Exercises for Pregnant Women (55 min)
A group exercise to support health during pregnancy and prepare for childbirth.

Physio Exercises Postpartum (55 min)
A group exercise to support the health of the trunk (reduce diastasis) and pelvic floor after childbirth.

Minimum group size: 2 people, Maximum: 5 people

Physio Video Exercises (Coming Soon)

Soon-to-be-available video instructions for clients who can practice individual physiotherapy exercises at home or work.

The most important factor is prior personal instruction during individual exercise sessions with a physiotherapist to avoid potential risks and mistakes during the exercises.
